Living in apartments there are things you must expect. Now I myself live on a top floor unit here and have heard nothing. You may be a light sleeper or like to live in complete silence, which I do not. Even if I did I still understand that you are bound to hear something. Buy a house if its that big of a deal.

Funny though how I have never had this situation in any other other apartment complex!!! This is not the first time I have ever rented, and am aware of the little things that are expected when moving into an apartment. This is not normal of any other complex I have lived in and had I not had to relocate for my job I would have stayed where I was living. Unfortunately I am in a lease!!! Hopefully other people will learn from this experience!!!
