Worst management staff and policies. Supremely un-courteous after you sign their lease. Very poor workmanship inside the apartments that was not obvious until after we moved in. The Model Showing Apartment is nothing like what you will be living in! counters not set, crown molding half done, sharp edges sticking out, closets where shelves break with hardly any weight and main doors that are off the ground so that bugs creep in at night. Yikes.

I agree... The management sucks! A bunch of dumb women running around thinkin there cute!! If you want to see a peep show one of the Leasing girls has sex with the residents out by the pool. I myself and others have seen this. HOW GROSS!!!! Low class girls! When my lease is up I will be moving. PERIOD! BEWARE!!!

the response before sounds like a person with a personal problem. My apartment was right by the pool and I never saw any late night sexcapades.

This website is for current past or future residents. NO EMPLOYEES!!! Let people speak their minds. If you dont like it tuff. I feel that for someone to take such offense shows that you must work for Corbin. I am glad that these people are sharing there concerns and experiences with the rest of us so we dont make the same mistake as they did.

I am currently looking for an apartment in the Overland Park, Ks area because of a job transfer. A co-worker of mine recommended Corbin Crossing. I am shocked and appalled that a web-site designed to rate apartments, is instead rating the women who work in the complex. I really don't think that this will turn me away from looking at the property. However I do believe that it's very childish and inappropriate to be posting things about the women in the office rather than the actual apartment. It makes me wonder if this is the same person with a personal problem with one of the workers in the office. If so, please for prospecting tenants keep your personal problems out of a web-site designed to lessen stress on those planning to move.

Just reading the comments after I have just visited the apartment complex. I wouldn't know about the leasing agents being dumb but I would have to say that they were dressed inappropriately for the business they are representing. I could tell you what color the person's bra was that showed me the complex. Completely unnecessary. As for the apartments they did not seem worth what price they are asking. Not alot of storage space.

what a bunch of idiots we just got done looking at a place very nice for the price and the asst. maanager Charissa had some nice lookin fake T i would C on. =)
