Don't bother trying to apply for these apartments if you have had ANY misdemeanors! Even traffic tickets!! I was turned down because I had a DWI OVER 3 1/2 years ago!!! And a few other minor traffic tickets...I definitely reccoment anywhere else BUT Corbin Crossing!!!!!

Actually, you can only be rejected by an apartment community if you have a felony or are a sex offender. A DWI and minor traffic tickets will not disqualify you. You should run a criminal check on yourself so that if there is anything you don't know showing up on your criminal back round. Such as, charges that were meant to be dropped still on there? Unfortunately, anywhere that runs a criminal back round check looks for the same things, it'd be worth it to look into it. Hope that helps!

You know, I've googled people who run the apartments I have lived in and most of them seem to have one or more criminal records.
