Beware of moveout process

Beware when moving out of Corbin Crossing. Upon our final walk through the staff pulled back the carpet and noticed some spots that they claimed where huge pet urine spots. They then informed us that the entire carpet would need to be replaced at our expense. At first they claimed that they did not know exactly what the cost would be but did assert that it was going to be very expensive. At last contact the staff was very unreasonable and contradictory in there explanation of the bill which turned out to be $700.
