I lived at Corbin Crossing for a little less than two years. I had very negative experiences with the office staff...all of the girls including the property manager are extremely rude and not helpful at all. Whenever you need something and have to call the office they NEVR answer. Each time i would call i had to call at least 5 times before they would answer...and they rarely ever ended up answering at all. There was a huge problem with the bugs in the apartment as well. I also lived in a building with an elevator that was always seeming to have problems, which was frustrating because we payed extra to have the elevator and it was always going out of order. And if you plan on parking anywhere by your building good luck with that because there is never anywhere to park!! unless you want to spend an additional $55 a month to pay for a parking spot in the parking garage...which is an outrageous price to begin with...good luck finding somewhere to park. On the second year of our lease none of the lights outside of our building were working except for one on the other side of the street. It took them over THREE MONTHS to get somewhere out there to fix it. We called them every two weeks until it finally got fixed which was ridiculous!! We just recently moved out of our apartment about a month ago and that was a HUGE problem. During our walk through the lady said everything looked great and that we would be getting our deposit back in approx. 30 days. Well.....about a MONTH after our walk through we received a letter saying that we were going to owe an additional $532 ontop of them keeping our deposit...needless to say this place is a joke and like to screw their residents out of money. I would never recommend living at Corbin Crossing because it's nothing but a frustrating hassle all around.
