I don't know why such a upper-scale apartment complex need to have a huge move-in special to lure new tenants, maybe their management does have some issues. Anyway, I got a fantastic price when I moved in, and I am happy with it so far. The property is almost brand new, it has many nice features,including big bed-room, built-in microwave, and granite counter top. The apartment unit is very well built, with minimal noise from outside or your neighbors. Parking is a little tight, but you can pay an extra $15 for a car port which I think is reasonable. I have not had any maintenance need, so I don't know how fast they would respond to your request.

Another upper side of this apartment is that they have an excellent location which is close to everything. The layout of the communicty is fine, although I wish they had more big trees.

My experience with the managment so far is fine. I don't think you can expect the apartment management to be "nice" when you move out anyway. They are not retailers, they don't expect you to come back. The best thing to protect yourself is to clean up throroughly, and to take pics when you move out, and demand them to provide photo and purchase receipt if they ask you to pay for replacement of the carpet. they have to place the carpet every 5 or 7 years. So if you have to pay for a replacement, you can ask for a pro-rated price.

Overall I would recommend this apartment if you can get a good move-in price. Don't worry about the management. You don't live in the office anyway.
