The short time I lived here was too long. I found all office management personnel rude, unknowledgeble, often lying to to me to conceal their ignorance or uninterest in apartment living manners that concerned me. I was not alone in my building with my opinions. The staff to me was incompetent, which led me and others in my building to think Crowne Chase was in fact a training ground for hopeful up and comers within the property owner's company. Big mistake.
I don't like being lied to, especially at the high rent I was paying.
