Crowne Chase may look like a nice place on the outside but don't be fooled. I have never dealt with such incompetent, unprofessional, rude staff in my entire life. Documents are constantly lost (including leases), lights in the parking lot are not maintained which is unsafe for everyone who lives here...not to mention requests for MONTHS are not addressed. Parties go on all days of the week and hours of the night. There is not enough parking so people park all over the place. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE and cannot wait for my lease to expire!
