First off,..It is my belief that the 2 positive ratings that have been posted (ironicly on the same day) were posted by the only 2 employees that work the front office. They are both false and inaccurate. OK, i actually know for a fact that they posted them so they are completely false and just helps me prove how scandelous these people are.



I have lived at many apartment complexes in my day, and when i first moved in to Crowne Chase, i was actually pretty impressed. After living there for a year, my thoughts changed.





The management staff was unprofessional, inexperienced, rude, and had no idea what they were doing. Who cares about fresh cookies and juice when real issues are never solved. Maintainance request were done within weeks, and when they were done, they were half-assed.





The way that apartments were leased made no sense whatsoever. You would think that when there are 25 apartments open for rent, you might try to seperate families and college students a little. Of course this didn?t happen and resulted in continuos police presence.


One night i just wanted to sit by the pool and study, i got the cops called on me for disturbing the peace. They said that my radio was too loud. I was all by myself w/ a book. The incompetant staff left the radio blaring at the pool every night b/c they were too lazy to push a knob. The great part about this is that the cops never get called when random peope would sneak in and have sex in the pool and be loud and obnoxious.





There was never any parking on the weekends b/c there was a party in every building. People would always get fined for stupid reasons like...having 1 trashbag on their patio behind a bush where nobody could see it because they lived on the ground. I understand the logic behind this for animals and stuff, but when the dumpster is 500 yeards away, it doesn?t really seem fair. Meanwhile, if you don?t live on the ground level, you can trhow your trash freely on the patio until it fell off.





The cement in the parking lot was always falling apart and creating potholes. i had nice wheels and this pissed me off. The quality of work at every level was cheap. The fitness room was more like a closet to a 13 inch tv. The pool was so dirty you wonder if it had ever been cleaned. There was no security presence at any time. There are no gates. Garages are to hard to park your car into from the angles that they supply. The fountains never worked. There was mud at the base of every stair well. New apartments were not cleaned sufficiently. They would show you an apt. with all options like a: microwave, 3 ceiling fans, updates cabinets and trim and tile, but you would get an old version that was outdated. Carpets were not cleaned properly when we moved in either. It was still wet and gave a falsely cleaned impression. There is not enough patio furniture at the pool. There is no hot tub.


Crowne Chase gave a false impression from the very beggining. If you see pics on the net, don?t be fooled. Nothing is what it seems. DO NOT RENT HERE. I say this trying to be open, but from a fomer renters experience.
