Incredibly disrepectful management

I have requested help and support from Sandy and was treated as rudely and unprofessionally. How can management allow this to continually happen. Nice voice on the phone, nice presentation of the apartments but truly an uncaring and unprofessional person representing this complex. DO NOT RENT HERE!!
