Crowne Chase is a nice looking apartment complex but if I had to do it again I'd take my money somewhere else. The office staff is not helpful and sometimes rude. One leasing agent, Sarah, actually said "well, we're not known for our customer service, so I don't know why you're bitching." There is dog ---- everywhere and it feels and smells really good when you step in it. The walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbors having sex. The office staff likes to miscalculate things and they are also very good at losing rent checks. Another good reason to avoid Crowne Chase is parking. I've had to park at
Talk of the Town before because, once again, these people cannot do math and figure out how many parking spots they need.
