We lived in the apartment for a year. When we first looked at the place, the office girl was very nice and she gave us a good deal for 2 bedrooms with 2 baths at $695 per month. However the apartment she showed us was not the one she gave us and we found that not every room has a ceiling fan (the one she showed us had one in each room). We felt cheated on the first day when we moved in. Our rent jumped to $800 something after 6 months since we didn't sign one year lease with the company. I tried to talk with the office manager and she was rude and was not helpful at all. We finally moved out of the apartment with only $30 something returned from our $200 deposit. The whole experience dealing with the office staff was disgusting and unpleasant. They don't treat people with respect. The apartment looks nice from outside, but don't be misled by the appearance. During the whole time we lived there, the window frame was moldy.
