RUDE MANAGEMENT

Earlier this month we went to see the apartments at Crowne Chase. The manager was not only rude but didn't seem to care about her future customers. It took us at least 20 minutes before we could get the keys to see the apartment.

No one accompanied us to show us around. We were just given directions to the apartment. We looked at the apartment and though the apartment looked nice and rates were reasonable, we decided not to rent the apartment just because of the rude management.
