I moved out about a month ago and I did not have a bad experience at Crowne Chase. The office staff did change a few times during my stay, but overall I did not have a problem with them. The maintence guys, especially the redhead is super nice. They try to take care of everything in a timely manner. I never had any problems with leaks or anything, besides a few bugs (but I was on the bottom floor)
And to address the previous post about utilities, there post is not true. The most my three bedroom apt has ran in electricity is 88 something, it was on the bottom floor. Water was usualy about 8.00 per person. And when I moved out I got all my deposit back as well as left over credits.
I did not have a problem with getting overcharged on move out, neither did my friends who lived in a two bedroom here.

Overall, I liked living at Crown Chase, and had I not been moving out of the state, I would have stayed another year.
