I have been living here since the new managment change. Things have been really good. The girls in the office are quick to help. Maintence, sometimes takes a few calls, however, the guys are really friendly. Parking is not the greatest, but if you invest in reserved parking, it is more than worth the money. Only bad thing about paid parking is that they all face the same side of the property, so you will have to walk around if you are on the wrong side. Grounds are kept fairly nice and clean...except for the occasional litter from the tenants.
Utilities wise, I pay no more than mid fifties for electricity and barely anything on water. Cable is the most $$$.
My only major complaints with the complex is nothing really having to do with the office or complex itself. It is really about the people. People let their dogs poop everywhere and they don't pick it up- there's plastic bags avail. for that reason!!!! And of course, there are just a handful of people that makes it noisy, dirty, and uncomfortable to live here. But I guess screening cannot screen how much a person will party.
