I spent 2 1/2 years here first in a 3 BDR and later in a 1BDR. Great place to live. Good location, affordable rent, and the utilities are DIRT cheap. Most expensive bill each month is cable, believe it or not.
Pool is really nice during the summer, nice views for the guys and gals. Fitness center is small but clean, kept up, and never more than one other person in there.
Don't be misled by others on this site who say it's a bad place to live and has bad management. Sandy Marvel and Co. were always responsive to maintenance requests, concerns, etc.
If you'll notice, every one of those angry tenants' stories starts out with "I was only a few days late on my rent..." Personally I don't find it unreasonable if management comes down on you if you won't pay them the money you owe them in the first place! It's called a savings account, people!
Also, they do require renters' insurance to live here. However, if you think that's a bad thing to get you're probably a moron to begin with.
