I am in the business center at Crowne Chase right now writing this... listening to the girl in the office who is consistenly friendly and helpful - even to a rude resident who came in a minute ago. She couldn't open the fitness center door (user error I am sure) and the office girl said she would come out with her and get it open to which the resident replied "Well, its not very user friendly" (A door not user friendly') I have lived here - on my second year - very happily. The 1 bedroom is one of the cutest I have seen with an open counter. They have had the same manager since i have been here - other office people have come and gone, but as a resident I feel I get consistent friendly service. The same maintenance tech is here and he is out on property all of the time. The only problems I have had are with my neighbors being disrespectful. The office helped me with that one and they are gone now anyway. But, I can believe the resident who said his car was hit in the parking lot and whoever did it just left - doesn't surprise me. Most of my neighbors who I talk to frequently enjoy living here to. Problems do happen, no place is perfect. Here I would say parking can be tight. But how lazy can you be' The whole of the property is only within 1 block - and the office has offered discounted carport spots in times of tight parking.
I have been happy... of course I pay my rent on time and follow my lease like you are suppose to. I recommend this place - literally - I have referred two people here thus far (friends)
