Overall it's an okay place to live. Alice in the front office is the only person who has been consistently friendly and helpful. The other office staff I could do without. They have been rude and unprofessional. They charged us 2 days of late fees for "unpaid rent". When I took over a copy of my bank statement that showed they cashed my check the fifth of the month, they had egg on their face, but still acted as if it were my fault for their mistake. The apartments "look" nice, but like another person reported, we have been in a constant battle the last year with mold and leaking windows. I guess they don't mind coming to our aparmtent monthly to fix leaks and mold, but they come promptly. If you don't mind calling maintenance on a regular basis or dealing with not always being able to park by your building, you will enjoy an otherwise nice living location.
