A tad bit high on the prices...quality is great within the apartments...soundproofing is NOT between floors. If you want to hear your neighbor below scratch himself in the morning..this is the place...
Parking is atrocious on most nights and if one of your neighbors decides to throw a party (which frequently happens)...forget about parking within a 1/4 mile of your apartment without renting one of their $50-$75 month covered parking spots or garages.
There is new management in place here, but beware of management/staff in general. Previous manager left much to be desired and generally was unhelpful to work with.

Move to Prairie Lakes, I love it here. W/D in unit, $40 dollar garages, Brand new GE appliances,spacious floorplans, and all for under $600/month
