I've lived in Crowne Chase for a little over a year and a half now and my boyfriend and I have had nothing but problems. Between the noise, parking, trash and FAST turnaround of apartments, it feels like a college dorm all over again. We've had to call the police on several occasions for noise incidents (one night a neighbors drunk friend wandered into our apartment) and the leasing office STILL hasn't done a thing about it except send a couple of notes (if that - we've never seen any). Those same neighbors have now been missing for over a month and still are receiving notes from the office on their door. Curbside trash pickup was in our lease and has since been revoked due to "neglect". The office has elimiated well over 30 parking spots to put in more fire lanes.
I think the real issue is the leasing office's committment to the theory that "college students are easy money" because JCCC is less than a mile down the road. Not to mention their rambuctious additions and subtractions to the lease we are bound to. They've violated their own agreement with us over 6 times.
If you have an option, don't live here. You won't get a good nights sleep for the term of your lease - I guarantee it.
