I rented here because I fell in love with the 1bdrm with the center island in the kitchen. The apt itself is great (except for the small bathroom) but there are other issues.

Only ONE trash center for the whole complex...i have to DRIVE to the trash bin every week. My upstairs neighbor is ridiculously loud when she stomps around at all hours and the next door one plays loud music. The walls are too thin. I've complained about both but no one has ever done anything. THE PARKING is TERRIBLE by my buidling (5) after 9pm I have to park far away or in my garage because there arent any spaces even close and people just park everywhere on the street.

I dont know if for the money I would move in here all over again....maybe if there was a hottub or something else extra but for NO extra amenities it's just another apt.

There are only 220 apartments. It is a small complex...how many dumpsters do you want? Don't drive to it...WALK. Everyone could use a little excercise! Why would you pay for a garage if you are not going to park in it? Call the office if you have a noise complaint, I know that the office staff would be happy to take care of it.

Jen1977 must be a manager at these apartments because as I look at the reviews, she takes up for the negativity. I like the honesty of the reviews though.

"Everyone could use a little exercise"? That's a mature reply to an issue! That's the true personality of the "helpful" manager coming thru! Doesn't that make you feel like if you went to them with an issue they would take care of it... NO!!
