I've lived at Crowne Chase apartments from January 2006 to presently. I love my apartment its floor plan is beautiful and well thought out. The thin walls need to be changed I can hear my neigbor at all hours of the day and stomping their feet and often figting and other pounding noises. This is annoying to deal with all the time I get my naps in when my neigbor is out of their apartment. The parking is a huge problem here because of College kids throwing parties every night. I don't think they even made enough spaces here for everyone to park. The office staff is not helpful because when I come to them and tell them about these noise and parking issues they just say they are in the proccess of changing all of this. They should have put in concrete flooring when they built the floors to reduce noise from neighbors complex but the previous complex owners were obviously to cheap to care about the satisfaction of the tenants that live on the lower level floor. Other than that this apartment is great and very cozy.

The office staff did not build the property! If you have a suggestion on the parking, I know that the manager would be willing to listen to any suggestion! The parking is bad, but they are doing everything that they can to keep the property safe and work with the parking the best that they can. Let the office know about your neighbors, they will take care of it! They do care and if you told them once I know that it was addressed, remember that they don't know if your neighbors are still being noisy unless you tell them!

"Work with the parking"? What? How? They don't even fix the huge pot hole! Any I don't know any manager that would be willing to listen!
