Unless you are looking to experiece college life, this is not the place. It is extreamly loud, and the management told us to just call the police or bang on the floor when our downstairs neighbors music got to loud. What kind of answer is this' The management ammused us for a while with the 'we'll do something about the noise,' but after a few weeks we heard nothing more from them. If you want to deal with inmature kids in their first apartments, and management who is in denial of the problems, go ahead and live here, but I'm moving out only after 6 months. I understand that the management is busy, but isn't keeping their existing tenants happy the most important thing they have to do' Call me crazy.

No one in the office told you to bang on the floor. The "inmature" residents that you speak of qualified the same way that you did. What exactly did you expect the management to tell you to do late at night if you have a noise issue. What would you do if you lived anywhere else besides call the police?

basically the only solution to the younger crowd problem is we, post-college/professionals, have is to rent in a community that has an age requirement (hunter's pointe)

I live in a Crowne property in Winston-Salem NC, and I feel your pain. I am now (after several years)convinced this is glorified student housing. But, no one has the guts or integrity to tell the rest of us.

I am a student and it even drives me nuts... I got waken up at 1 am to beer cans being thrown up on my balcony!
