The apartments are nice & the maintenance men are very helpful.
3 complaints: They should NEVER let people with children live on the 2nd floor, Mold grows on the inside of the windows in the wintertime &
HUGE parking issue!! We lived there for 2 years & there were times that we had to park clear on the other side of the complex.
Whoever planned these out did not take into considerating the number of apartments vs. the number of cars that would need to park there.

FYI: It is against the law to tell people with children where they can live. If you wipe the condensation from your windows it will not grow the mildew!!! |

FYI... correct window insulation doesn't accumulate an large amount of condensation for mildew to grow from! That would probably be the better response, but no... once again you change it to be a ----- to the renter again!
