My roommate and I lived on the third floor so you could imagine what a nightmare it was to move in. The staff was very friendly but I can honestly say some of the maintainance guys were a little creepy. Our apartment was very nice, we had new carpet and the rooms were spacious. My bathroom lock was broken when I moved in and it still is broken to this day even though I have reported it to the office. There was construction going on throughout the year trying to build walls to block the wind and the construction workers were perverts that made me immediately buy mace. The parking is absolutely RIDICULOUS after 9 PM. I can never find a parking spot anywhere near my complex after I get off of work. The property itself was decent but there was the random trash (mc donald bags, beer bottles, pizza boxes, etc) you could find on the ground and parking lot. We had a washer and dryer in our apartment but our dryer took about 3 hours to dry our clothes. There was a little bit of a bug investation from August to December. Friday by 3:00 I think our neighbors were celebrating the weekend because they would blast their music as loud as possible. I definitely would consider moving somewhere else because I really don't think it was worth the price.
