The property manager here is a real B****. She is very unsympathic. She made a friend of mine feel belittled and like trash. No wonder they keep having break ins there. The management doesn't seem to care about thier tenants. Also the pipes in the walls leak and the place just stinks from the people upstairs. Talking bout the people upstairs, all they do is pound all day and night. The rent is outrageous here it is not even worth the price. Then the nerve to charge you $25 a month for a carport that doesn't really cover anything and you have to squeeze into the space and try not to hit the car next to you or the post. This place sucks!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

WOW! if you did not have an illegal occupant that can not qualify to live at crowne chase because of his BACKGROUND and the choices that he made then i am sure your opinion of crowne chase would be different. but wait....that means that there is a really good manager at crowne chase and good management company for the fact that you are being kicked out for lying about your "FRIEND" with the background because they don't accept people with criminal backgrounds. Also, again... you have a cat in your apartment that i am sure is peeing all over the carpet, but once again you lied about that. best of luck to you....

I have to agree with "ExpressYourself83." You are right that the property manager is a ----- when she wants to be and just down right snobby. Honestly though she should get fired or demoted for some of the things that were said. Sorry bout your eviction that the ----- tossed ya out. Haha, was a nice try though to have your friend live with you although of his background record.. Hopefully you found a cheaper yet BETTER place than Chase apts; hence Chase people away. As for you; go ---- yourself jen1977.

Let me tell you this jen1977 Expressyourself83 is NOT who you think it is and I am not that person ither but i am the "FRIEND". Let me just tell you this. You are a snobby b*!$% who thinks she is high and mighty and better than everyone else, well fact is YOU'RE NOT! And the choices I made have nothing to do with anything so don't try to think you are know me, because you don't. You are a freaking homophobe and you should be fired. There are events that occurred that caused what happened to me in the past and frankly a person who was abused sexually at 16 should not have been punished and then 8 years later they should not be punished still ESPECIALLY by you. So jen1977 you can go f--- yourself and your employees as well. For those who still live there get out while you can. I know of places that are much more resident friendly and cheaper than Crowne Chase or any Price Brothers property. Crowne Chase does chase people away and as far as Price Brothers, The Price is Wrong! Your Price is NOT Right.

VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM THE MANAGER It was brought to my attention that someone has been displaying messages that imply that they are management and/or a representative of Crowne Chase Apartments. Until today, NEITHER I, OR MY STAFF HAVE POSTED ANY MESSAGES ON THIS SITE. Crowne Chase Management and its staff DO NOT and WILL NOT respond to comments made on this website.
