So far I have lived at crowne chase for a couple months and I like it here. I don't have any noise problems. Neighbors are friendly. A few barking dogs but nothing major. The late rent fees are very reasonable compared to my last place. I haven't really had any run ins with the staff besides move-in time. I changed my move in date and they were very accomodating. I live in one of the two story buildings and haven't had any problems parking. I do however, know several people who have lived in the three story buildings and the parking is awful. I haven't run into any problems like I have at previous apartments (THE PRESERVE across the street - - - THE WORST!). This place has been smooth sailing so far.

However, I have been reading some of the other reviews and the responses. If Jen1977 is the manager or one of the staff I think some of the comments that were left are HIGHLY unprofessional. People are going to write bad reviews. It happens. They had a bad experience and they have every right to post it if they choose. It is incredibly immature and disappointing to read the responses from Jen! Bad reviews are common but I have not seen the apartment staff respond in such a manor in any other reviews. Trust me, trying to argue the apartment's side of the argument is NOT winning you any points. It makes crowne chase employees sound like a bunch of children. Trust that anyone reading the reviews will take them with a grain of salt because those comments are only proving them right. Jen....your own comments make you sound like a -----. Not the ones written by other people. I hope if I meet you in person you will prove me wrong because right now that attitude has put a check in my negative coloumn for crowne chase. Instead of trying to argue with people who have already left the complex try making sure the ones that still live here are happy so they can write some good reviews. Its time to do some growing up.

VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM THE MANAGER It was brought to my attention that someone has been displaying messages that imply that they are management and/or a representative of Crowne Chase Apartments. Until today, NEITHER I, OR MY STAFF HAVE POSTED ANY MESSAGES ON THIS SITE. Crowne Chase Management and its staff DO NOT and WILL NOT respond to comments made on this website. I am very concerned about the correspondence that has occurred. Jen1977 PLEASE STOP POSTING.
