The customer service at this apartment complex has been the worst I've ever had. Maintenance requests are not filed, lease agreements are not completed on time, documents are lost. I am still waiting for my "move in bonus"--and it's been three months. Dog owners don't clean up after thier pets. I could go on and on.

The location is great and the apartments are fairly well kept but if I had to do it again I wouldn't move here.
