how can one hire a person with such an attitude, especially for conceirge services. she doesn't have polite manners, her attitude is worst.Her name is Doris. The way she talks as if we are living there for free and she is doing a favour for us.Carpet in the apartment are a very cheap variety. All the fixtures are not fixed properly, if he call the maintanence she will immediately reply this is not an urgent one and she will be sending the maintanence people only 2 days later or sometimes she will totally forget about it. In my opinion worst service for the amount we are paying.I will never recommend this to anyone.
