I've been reading the reviews for Deer Creek and I absolutly disagree with all the bad things people are reporting. Just goes to show you can't please everyone. But overall, besides those seeking perfection, then you'll be very happy at Deer Creek.
I have lived here for a year now and am extending my lease because I can't imagine living at another location that treats me better than the staff here. Even though the gates have problems, partly because of tenants ramming through them causing thousands of dollars in damage, I feel VERY safe for being a single woman living by myself. Any minor issues I have had have been addressed immediatly! I have lived in plenty of apartments in the past and Deer Creek is the most beautiful, safe, quiet place I have lived so far. I call it a mini resort.
The architecture, landscaping, clubhouse, fitness facility and grounds are top notch and are kept up constantly to keep Deer Creek beautiful.
Back to the Staff, I never have any big issues or complaints so I don't stop by enough to chat with all of them, but when I do, they are all so friendly and cheerful.
Doris and Gina have always been available to answer any questions I have. Thank you for all you have done to make living at Deer Creek even more enjoyable.
I must be one of the only tenants that has insulated apartments because I have no air leaks through my windows, and hardly here any noise unlike some of the other compaliners. You can't eliminate all noise, you live in a community with hundreds of other people, so be realistic before you complain.
All in all,I highly recommend Deer Creek!
