Overall, our experience with Deer Creek was excellent. Grounds are great. Workout facility and pool, great. Staff, nice. Mainenance, slow but good. My wife and I call our new place the ghetto because of the expectations Deer Creek gave us of our new place. I guess price isn't the only thing that matters when looking for a place to live. The only real complaint is about the gate. It only worked about 6 days out of the entire year we lived there. Don't pay for a key fab until they fix the gate, otherwise it is worthless. Other than that, we really miss that place.
