DON'T use the toilet!!! I knew I was in trouble when they gave me a free plunger. NOTE: to plumber hot is on left cold is on right and poo goes DOWNHILL. Neighbor upstairs ( I call him thumper) can't walk without running a marathon from 5am till 11pm. I have asked him to be aware that people live downstairs and the apartment construction is so poor that his sounds come through LOUD and clear. But I think that made it worse. I am looking for something else.
