My Fiance and I were looking for an apartment right out of college. First one we saw was Deer Creek and I loved the grounds. I met with them and toured and loved the people and facility. After looking at about 100 other complexes we made our decision to go with Deer creek. So I called the leasing agent we talked to, well she was no longer there. So they gave us another lady who we had talked to briefly before. We told her what apt we wanted etc etc, keep in mind this was late Friday. She said you know what just give a call Saturday afternoon because I am with someone right now and I will get your deposit. I said thats kinda strange but ok. I was already ready to give her the deposit, but she was the one that said call tomorrow. She said she would hold the apt number we wanted. So the next day we called once and left a message for her since she wasnt in yet. No call, so we called again that afternoon and she was with someone, we left another message. Called again that night and she was with someone so I didnt leave a message. I called first thing Sunday morning and she wasnt in so I just told the lady on the phone my situation and she said no problem and took my deposit info. About 4 hours later I get a call from the lady who wouldnt return my call...guess what...she already gave away are apt. She even had the nerve to say "well you could have left a deposit on friday". SHE WAS THE ONE WHO ASKED ME TO CALL BACK SATURDAY! She knew we wanted that apt and decided to get the sale right then in there when someone came in. We decided to go to our second choice, Sandstone Creek and are extremely happy we did. Great grounds and staff!
