Nice grounds, convenient location - just hope you weren't planning on using the toilet. The toilet clogs almost daily, regardless of what is being flushed. It's embarrasing that one has to warn house guests when they ask to use it. There have been other recurring issues as well. The staff act like you are a nuisance if you expect things to work properly.

Their customer service is horrible. Most of the women who work there are ditzy to say the least. They dress up and sit there and do not even a single ounce of work. They are bitchy when you show them up for their lack of response to certain issues. Terrible service. Other than the concierge woman who is wonderful and goes out of her way to be nice , I rate the rest of the them very poorly. Their apartments need a lot of work...and I agree the toilet nuisance is almost every week.
