When I first moved into these apartments, I loved it. Everyone seemed nice and friendly and I really didn't have too many issues throughout the first year besides the sercurity gate don't work and Im pretty sure I am paying for that ammenity in my monthly payment. It does take a while to get things repaired even when they are listed as an emergency item on their info sheet. It took a day to get someone to come out to fix my toilet in a 1 bath unit and that is something that is needed regularly. My main problem is move out/transfer. I switched to a 1 bedroom and the apartment I moved into wasn't in good shape. They had over a month to get the place cleaned and fixed and they didn't...I am still waiting to get my counter top replaced because of water damage a few weeks later from the previous renter. Also, upon moving out they try and get you to pay a lot of misc. items so you don't get your deposit back and have to pay extra!!!! I will not be staying here once this new lease is up that is for sure!! They are nice and friendly only at first and if you are a new prospect!
