Noise from the neighbors was a major problem and other people blocking the assigned garage and the management was very passive in their response to address the issue. The apartments are cheaply constructed and the heating and air conditioning equipment is A-1 junk. Expect very high electric bills. The carpeting was past its expected life and was still partially charged against my deposit when I moved out. Don't believe anything the young girls tell you when you are looking to move in because when you move out it is a totally different story and the management is going to stick it to you. The response to problems when you live there is the minimum possible. The staff is in and out of your apartment all the time while you are not there and the concept of a gated community is a joke.

Completely agree! I can hear my neighbors singing, taking showers, using the restroom, etc. Be careful about what you say (and do) in your apartment because it's a guarantee that someone else is listening in. Also, watch out for the extra critters that will show up. I've had mice, silverfish, etc. According to one of the staff members, it has been a light year for black snakes, which I guess is the reason for the increase in mice. Don't think of this as a gated community. The gates haven't worked in years.
