Oh..My..I am so glad to be leaving deer creek. I have had nothing but awful service at this complex. The staff in particular is horrible, they seem to forget that they are supposed to be responsive, or friendly, or in the very least competent. Deer Creek hires ditzy 20 something girls and I can t begin to tell you how useless they are. The concierge service they advertise is a joke just try to have them do anything for you. Also - the property is in complete disrepair, snow removal doesn t exist, and the gates have been broken for most of my stay (2yrs). Deer creek Luxury apartments if only. Oh and enjoy the noise - its an every day occurance due to poor construction. I can hear my neighbor peeing in the morning - gross. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV

Wow nice job posting the same review over and over. Way to go man.
This place is quiet, it's mostly old people and I never hear my neighbors except when they come and go. (My unit is above three garages, I can hear the garage doors open and shut sometimes.)
I've never had a problem getting service from the front desk, perhaps you are making unreasonable requests.

I think you might have me confused with someone else? I'm not sure what thats all about. Im glad you are enjoying your apt, i didn't and im not sure what building you are in but mine was awful. I read through the deer creek reviews and it seems that you either love it (staff?) or it seems to be awful. I figured others might like to know how my experience was (which is the purpose of the whole review process).
I found this site when i began searching for a new complex - to try and avoid the deer creek experience. I'm currently at Jefferson Pointe (http://www.jeffersonpointe.com) and Its night and day compared to deer creek, the rent is cheaper too, oh and the gates work for those that are wondering.

All should keep in mind that most people that are happy do not take the time to post comments on websites. People who have had a bad experience or are just negative post comments on these type of sites.
