The apartments are pretty nice, but the staff is not particularly helpful and community rules are rarely enforced. Dogs (often mean ones) run free without leashes, loud parties go on all night long, and big groups of teenagers loiter in the entryways. I?m not aware of specific crimes that have taken place, but I do know several residents who felt threatened more than once. I wouldn?t rent there again.
