Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I haev lived at the Dunes at St. Andrews for a little over a year now. Everything was fine in the beginning. My patio door has been broken since November it is now June. I get complaints about loud noise when my neighbor upstairs is louid as hell and the people next to her have 2 annoyinh puppies. Dont move in to these apartments unless you liked stupid charges and alot of dogs barking constantly. They also make the community out to be something that it isn't. They are all talk.
