I have lived at the Dunes Since May 2002 and still there. All these "anonymous" comments are false. People who complaint about this community and choose to remain totally anonymous should not be given any credit, if in fact they had proof of their allegations they would not want to remain "anonymous". For the pet owner who claims to have had to pay 750.00 for carpet, did you pay a pet deposit' or did you just move your dog in' because i know if you have a deposit that goes towards any damages that may occur during your lease, i know this because my first roomate there owned a cat! This community has been my home since i moved to Kansas City and I will not live anywhere else until i build a home, believe me i have seen other properties in Johnson County and they leave much to be desired! For the "tenant" who said the maintenance people go in to be nosey and snoop do you have proof of this' the only way would be for you to have video survaillance set up in your apartment!so i doubt it! For those of you bashing the staff, get a life! They get things done and are a friendly group of women, if you have to bash the staff without identifying yourself, well that just makes you a pretty small person! If this sounds like I am angry, well it does make me upset that people are so pety they have to go online and bash an awesome community and it's staff! I've lived in a 2 and a 3 bedroom and through out my stay and my inept roomates the staff has been great at accomodating my needs. I would recomend this living community over and over again! Thanks for everything you do everyday guys!!!(to the crew at the dunes!!!)
