Overall, this was a nice place to live. We had some quite noisy people that lived above us. Just be sure to not rent an apartment beneath someone that has a vibrating bed. Parking gets scarce at night, but you might just have to park a couple of buildings away, or on the street. For this area, and the quality of that apartments, I think that the price is right.
