Great, but rent increases

I have lived at the Dunes now for a year and a half. Each time I renew my lease it jumps $30 or so. When you sign your lease you sign there with the intentions that is the amount you can afford and that it is not going to change dramatically. My rent has increased $70 since I moved in. I have had no violations and have always paid my rent on time. One thing that many residents don't know is that you can negotiate your renewals, that is one of the reasons my rent has not jumped up $100 like they put on my renewal. So make sure you negotiate!! Overall, the Dunes has been a great and safe place to live. The office staff have been pretty easy to work with. The maintence staff is friendly and hard working.
