Theres not enough parking for everyone. Visistors are supposed to park along curbs, not in spaces. Even if they did theres supposed to be at least two spaces for every apartment, three spaces for the larger homes. I did the math, literally counting spaces and there isnt enough for two spaces to apartment. They do not enforce the parking sticker thats supposed to be displayed in the back window. They told us after much arguing their 'courtesy' officer would start to ticket 'violators, they haven't. I also found out through other residents, that if you complain enough, they'll give you a free garage, but they wont give me one, b/c Ive complained to corporate and the OP fire chief. Emergency vehicles including fire trucks and ambulances cant get through to any of the apartemnts because of people parking on the curbs, and in front of fire hydrants.
