An apartment is what you make of it. If you present yourself well, you will have a much better experience; if you break the rules, or pay rent late, you may see a different side of the staff.

I had several concerns with the apartment before I moved-in. Their team addressed everyone *before* I arrived, without question. Had a refridgerator motor die at midnight (happens with some appliances)...they took all my food, moved it to a spare fridge, then repaired the motor by early afternoon. Very impressive, especially compared to other complexes I resided over the years. Checked the crime stats with the local police dept and found no reported crimes on the premises over the past 12 months prior to my move in.

So, overall, good service, responsive maintenance, conveniently located, and a safe environment. Enjoying my time there.
