The Dunes staff may seem phony or fake, but they really are friendly people. It seems too good to be true but they acknowledge birthdays because they care and want to make their residents feel good- not just to keep them staying at "The Dunes". I had my issues with the staff over maintenance concerns. However, these minor disappointments have provided opportunities for their staff to impress me with the customer service.

I recently moved out of state. In my last days at The Dunes, I had more dealings with the ladies in the front office. It took leaving for me to realize that these women aren't phony. We've talked at length regarding my new home, baby, and life in general. Trish, Shannon, and company are all class acts. I reccommend this apartment complex.
