I have lived here for almost 4 years, and I can honestly say I have nothing but good things to say. Every time I have called for a needed repair, the maintenence staff was here the same day to fix it. When I had problems with the carpets showing dirt, the management had them cleaned the next week. When I wanted to touch up the paint, they provided it to me at no charge.

When I inherited a family feline after the death of a family member, the management were very nice in letting me pay the pet deposit in 2 payments (eventhough I think $500.00 is a hefty price to pay for a cat!)

If I had anything bad to say, it would be the annoying groundspeople. They always seem to be here in the early evening hours when I am trying to watch TV or sit on my porch to relax, and the noise and grass flying about makes it totally unbearable. I also wish they would install the BBQ grills they promised to install in early spring when the City of Overland Park banned grills in apts last December.

I consider this as my home, and look forward to many more years living in a fine community and enjoying my friendly neighbors.
