I can't stand this place, nobody in the office has a clue what they are doing. Literally, no one. Whatever happened to the tall blonde she was great.

can't stand the new staff and lack of quality.

this review was obviously posted by shannon at the office. she is the only person since middle school that i have heard say the phrase "kicks major butt". mice try guys. and they do keep all your deposit no matter what.

Hi there... Actually... this is now Shannen from the office. I am really discouraged that there is #1 a place that people are so freely able to bash someone's career in text on the internet so that they may hear about it and then see it for themselves. I guess anyone who considers their quality of work to be exceptional and who strive to make sure that each resident loves their home at The Dunes as much as I do is just not right in their thinking. At least from some of the responses on here. #2, I think everyone who feels the need to get on here talk so aweful about people really should think about it first. Do you walk into work everyday and hear from your boss that you were bashed again...and again. Think about hard you work, or lack there of... would you want it publicized and waved in front of your face? I mean, believe it or not people really won't move in because of some of the responses on here. I just want to say, that is your loss and very unfortunate. Everyday you are doing everything in your power to make residents of 240 apartments happy. Really, you tell me the probability of making that 100% do-able. There is always going to be someone who disagrees with you. This job was the hardest most rewarding job I have yet to be apart of. I loved my job at The Dunes because of the majority of residents I worked with on a daily basis. I just want to say thank you to all the residents who aknowleged our hard work in the office and believed in our efforts to make your home a very comfortable home. I would also like to say, I lived at The Dunes longer than I have worked there. I believed in this company and property long before I got behind the scenes...and now do moreso. I appreciate all the hard work the girls are doing in the office still and just want to say...You can't make everyone happy, so continue to work hard, because in my eyes, it's paying off... dont let the little population of upset people discourage you. I love The Dunes and the girls in the office are truly amazing women... this is not an easy career! You find me an apartment community better than this...and I will take you to a farm where pigs fly!!! Keep up the good work.
