Lived there for 1 yr. Asked to have things fixed and they still were still not working when i moved out. The amount of $$$ you pay is ridiculous and they look for ways to charge you more. My aprtmnt was broke into...lots stolen. Come to find out when the cops were there taking my statement some of the neighbors were coming home from work and I found out they too had been broke into during prior months. The lighting does not work properly and some of the parking lot lights turn off when you pull in. I had problems with mice and spiders while staying there and yes, you can hear everything your neighbors do. Especially if you live on the bottom floor. We would cringe when we would see the boyfriend of the lady upstairs because that meant we would have a long night. I called them Mr. and Mrs. Humpity hump because that is all they seemed to do! There are better and safer places to spend your $$$. Oh and do not think you will get and deposit back. They will look for things to nail you on. My apartment was spotless and still did not get any returned!
