The Dunes at St. Andrews is a great place to live. They are across the street from St. Andrews Golf Course, the O.P. bike trails are at our doorstep, there is a Planet Fitness across the street that offers unlimited membership for around 20 bucks a month, several great restaurants/bars/sushi across the street and within short distance to OPKWY and I-35.
We are renewing our lease for another year for many reasons. The office staff is a lot of fun and they enjoy chatting with us. They return phone calls and care about our requests. They have upgraded the apartments with 2" blinds, new fans, light fixtures. The staff was flexible and allowed us to have the upgrade in advance. The maint. technician that installed everything was courteous and used good workmanship to assure that we were satisfied. We had requested new countertops bc of an area that was chipped, an outside contractor came in and did a requisition and we are to receive new tops soon. They have invested in resurfacing and flood coating the asphalt parking lots and refurbished the pool and pool deck all within the past few months. The landscaping company that they hire is reputable and they make sure the place looks great so us residents will enjoy pulling in, looking out the window or just hanging out at the pool. It makes sense that a property that is able to invest in it's residence is able to do so for one reason, they are doing things right!

Whatever!! This place is a dump. Where do I start. Living at the Dunes was the worst tenancy of my life. I am so happy to be gone and dont even want to waste anymore of my time replying. Beware!!

I am a current tenant at the Dunes and could not be more pleased with the property. Not only have I been here for 1.5 years, but I just renewed for another year! The grounds are kept beautifully, maintenance is exceptional, and the office staff is always more than accommodating. For those of you who have posted disgruntled with the property, I have no doubt it was due to negligence on your part,for example; not following lease terms, the conditions in which you allowed yourself to live in, or trying to live here for free. There are rules that we all must follow, and if not complied with, consequences usually ensue. I have lived in apartments where the landlords really didn't care about their property, and this is NOT one of them. I would be more than pleased to refer this location to anyone I know. The Dunes at St. Andrews is a great location to live at, just ask a responsible tenant!
