I have lived at The Dunes for almost 5 years now and could not be more please. The staff has been attentive to my needs and any maintenance needed, though few in number, have always been handled promptly. The property is QUIET and well kept. I looked at about 15 different complexes before chosing The Dunes. Based on it's smaller size, in numbers of units, and amenities offered, like garages with door openers, high vaulted ceilings, new appliances including washers and dryers, generous room sizes and proximity to a fine golf course (St. Andrews) literally accross the street, I don't see how anyone could do better.

Anyone can have an occasional bad experience, when in fact, most are brought on by their own ignorance, however, that has not been my experience at all. If you just compare The Dunes with any other property out there for the same money, you'll soon find they are head and shoulders above the rest. Matt C
